Precautions for reflow soldering machine operation:

1. When producing different models, you should first adjust the width of the reflow soldering track using the rocker above the power switch, depending on the width of the substrate. Generally, the width of the track should be about 1.5mm larger than the width of the substrate;

2. The temperature control range conforms to the specifications in the manual, and the control accuracy is within ±2.0°C; the speed control conforms to the specifications in the manual, and the accuracy is controlled within ±0.2m/min; the lateral temperature difference of the substrate movement (≤150mm spacing) is within ±10.0°C;

3. The appearance of the heater is complete, and the electrical connection is reliable. The hot air fan runs smoothly without noise; the guide rails can be adjusted freely and parallel. The effective width of the transmission substrate conforms to the specification index;

4. The operating system is working normally; the appearance of instruments and meters is intact; the indications are accurate; the readings are eye-catching and within the qualified service life; the electrical devices are complete, the pipelines are arranged in order; and the performance is sensitive and reliable;

5. After starting up or adjusting the temperature, curing or welding cannot be performed immediately because the temperature at this time has not reached or exceeded the set temperature, and more defective products will be produced immediately; only when the signal light is always on, the furnace cavity The temperature can reach the required temperature;

6. The alarm will sound when the induction times out or a substrate falls in the furnace. You should open the furnace cover first to check whether a substrate is falling into the furnace. After clearing, click "Remove Alarm" on the interface and then click "Reset";

7. Production conditions: For the safety of machines and products, the production shall not exceed the following range; the length and width of the substrate shall not be less than 50mm×70mm and shall not be greater than 310mm×330mm. It cannot exceed the upper part of the track by 25mm and cannot exceed the lower part of the track by 18mm;

8. Pay attention to protecting the touch screen of the machine at ordinary times to prevent failure after heavy pressure and sharp scratches;

9. In case of an alarm in an unfamiliar situation, overspeeding of the chain, or a sharp motor sound, immediately press the red EMERGENCY STOP button to cut off the main power supply. Report to the manufacturer for a solution.
