Suppose the heat cannot be discharged in time, the miners run in a high-temperature environment, which may cause the miners to shut down for protection and short-circuit the internal circuit or even burn out essential components. As the difficulty of obtaining virtual currency continues to increase, the hash rate required by miners continues to increase, and the heat generation also continues to increase.

1. The working principle of the submerged liquid-cooled miner box
The miner's hash board transfers heat to the oil during use, and the oil exchanges heat through the heat exchanger to keep the miner's low temperature running. The submerged liquid-cooled miner box dramatically improves the heat dissipation efficiency of the miner. It dramatically optimizes the energy efficiency ratio of the miner without the need for a fan.

Front panel controller description:
When the temperature controller of the miner box reaches 49°C, a miner will be automatically powered off. This temperature is for this product only and tested for stable operation by all miners.
Note: One controller can only control one miner; if you need to control multiple miners, you must add extra money to choose.
4. Description of the external water source of the submerged liquid-cooled miner box
Method 1: If there is well water or river water around the site, only a submersible pump is needed.
Method 2: When there is no water source, it is necessary to use the cooling tower to circulate water.
Cooling towers are divided into 3T, 5T, 10T, 20T, 100T, and other models.
Special note: After testing, it was found that the temperature of most miners was the most stable when the flow rate was 3L/min (single unit) and the average temperature was 38°C; when the flow rate was 2L/min, the temperature of the liquid-cooled miner box was 42°C; The faster the flow rate, the lower the temperature.
According to the flow rate of 3L/min, a conventional 10T cooling tower can drive 56 miners.
5. Reference instructions for the experimental data of the submerged liquid-cooled miner box:
1) Flow rate test
When the test liquid volume is 80L, the test environment temperature is 31℃, and the test model is 4 Antminers S17+ 74T, the following results are obtained:
The temperature reached a stable value when the flow rate ran at 6.9L/min for one hour. The temperature of the upper liquid surface was 38.7°C, the circulation temperature was 34°C, and the average temperature of the backstage PCB was 55°C.
After running for one hour at a flow rate of 4 L/min, the upper liquid surface temperature was 37.8 °C, and the circulation temperature was 34.7 °C.
After running for one hour at a flow rate of 3 L/min, the upper liquid surface temperature was 39.9°C, and the circulation temperature was 34.9°C.
When the flow rate was 2L/min, the upper liquid surface temperature was 42.6°C, and the circulation temperature was 37.8°C.
We found that the PCB board backstage temperature began to rise, and the optimal circulation flow rate was 3L/min.
2) About overclocking
For many miners, they have not modified the heat dissipation silicone grease, and immersion in the oil will cause a dissolution reaction. The original silicone grease will dissolve in about 15 days.
We need to use custom thermal grease; its service life is about 3 years.
3W is a common model, and 8W is a custom heat-conducting model, overclocking heat conduction and cooling down quickly.
A modified silicone product is not required if the original miner does not have thermal grease. For example, the original Antminer S17, S15, S11, S9, S19, and some Whatsminer series require modified silicone gaskets; otherwise, it is easy to cause damage to the hash board.
