1. Open the box and check whether the products and accessories in the box are complete.

2. Open the small box and take out the pump and accessories.

Use a portable electric screwdriver to install the pagoda in the small package on the water pump, and use the screws to install the shock pad to the bottom of the water pump.

3. Take out the heat exchanger and bracket part, install the bracket on the heat exchanger as shown in the figure below, and tighten the screws.

4. Take out the C1 miner, remove the screws, and install the water cooling interface.

5. Remove the miner's upper cover, and connect the fan extension cable to the miner's hash board as shown to supply power to the fan and P60 water pump. After the fan extension cable is connected, install the upper cover of the miner back on the miner, and connect the water pump wiring to the fan extension cable.

6. Plan the placement of miners, water pumps, and heat exchangers. Refer to the example: water pump outlet → water inlet of water cooling plate → water outlet of water cooling plate → water inlet of heat exchanger → water outlet of heat exchanger → water inlet of the water pump. After the cooling water system is connected, the specific steps are as follows:
①. Take out the catheter, determine the length of the catheter from the water pump to the cold head of the miner, cut the catheter, put spring clips on both ends of the catheter, and insert one end of the catheter into the outlet of the water pump. The other end is inserted into the water nozzle of the miner's cold head, and the spring clip is fixed on the water nozzle with pliers. (Special attention: the catheter must not be folded. Otherwise, it will hinder the circulation of the liquid and cause serious consequences.)
②. According to the same method as ①, connect the miner's cold head to the heat exchanger and the heat exchanger to the water inlet of the water pump with a conduit respectively. Note that each interface must be fixed with a spring clip to ensure that the conduit cannot be folded.

7. Unscrew the liquid injection hole screw on the top of the water pump and fill the water pump with liquid.

Power on the miner, when the water pump is running, continue to pour liquid into the water pump, then upside down and shake the heat exchanger; after the air in the water channel is exhausted, fill up the liquid in the water pump, tighten the screw of the liquid injection hole, and the liquid addition is completed. (Special attention: if the air is not evacuated, it will cause poor heat dissipation)
